Why Kelli works this way
Advocacy shaped the approach
Kelli Bristol began helping homeowners navigate construction and rebuilding in New Orleans in 2006, following Hurricane Katrina.
Families were confronting incomplete estimates, insufficient funds, unfamiliar construction decisions, unreliable contractors, and institutions with competing requirements. Kelli helped homeowners understand the process, evaluate options, find reputable professionals, and determine which work they could reasonably manage themselves.
BristolCo became a licensed Louisiana Residential Building Contractor as another way to support that work. Kelli returned home in 2016 and has since built years of licensed construction, project management, homeowner advisory, and real estate experience in Orange County.
That experience established a lasting principle: people make better decisions when professionals share the information.
