They can also be a tool to be sure our detailed scope aligns with that on the subcontractor’s bids.
  • Open Book Access
    You see the numbers up front and how our actuals compare throughout the project. You will see every penny spent as well. Subcontractor bids, supplier quotes, material costs, and labor estimates are available for your review anytime. We don’t bury fees or markups inside lump sums.
  • Control, On Your Terms
    You decide how hands-on you want to be. If you’d like to review and approve major subcontractor bids or material purchases before anything is locked in. We’ll make that part of the workflow. For example, if a tile bid comes in higher than expected or a lighting choice triggers a long lead time, you’ll be informed and empowered to make the call. Prefer to keep things moving? We’ll present smart alternatives and notify you before moving forward. No surprises and no delays.

  • Fixed GC Fee
    We charge a set percentage for project management and coordination. That means we’re motivated to keep the job running smoothly and stay aligned with your budget, not inflate costs to boost profit.
